I wanted to reach out to you with some feedback on the services that were recently performed at our facility.
As a company, safety is paramount to our operations. We have what we refer to as our “safety observation” program which allows employees and visitors the opportunity to report safety concerns or recognitions.
I along with our health and safety manager review these observations periodically to take any actions needed and I came across an “observation” that was submitted:
“Superior Handyman service vehicle was marked off with cones while work was being performed and area was left clean after repairs were completed”
The extra steps displaying the level of professionalism and safety was noticed by our team, so I wanted to take a moment to give kudos and extend a thanks to Mike and the excellent service that was provided.

Aurora Sky Realty, LLC, herein known as ASR, has had the distinct pleasure of working with Michael and Joanne Dale. They have been the mainstay of our property maintenance work and will truly be missed.
I think it is important for anyone considering using them, to have some insight on what has made the Dales so great to work with. Here are a few bullet points of ASRs experience with the Dales.

QUALITY - Mike has an attention to detail that has far exceeded any other maintenance people in the area. There is never a question that when he does a job, it is done correctly and in a workman like manner. In addition, once a repair is made, you will be hard pressed to see it as the repair is expertly blended with the original surface.

PROMPTNESS - Joanne is an expert at scheduling Mike's jobs and he is prompt about his arrival times. Our tenants appreciate knowing they can count on the schedule they are given.

COMMUNICATION - The Dales have always kept us informed every step of the way. They have always advised us when work orders are scheduled and completed, so we have never had to question where we were at in the process.

ESTIMATES - The Dales have always provided accurate estimates for any job request. This has allowed us to confidently advise our property owners of all the costs associated with any repairs.
> INVOICING - We have always received their invoices immediately following a job. This has allowed us to pay invoices as they come in and never have to worry about delayed billing.
All in all, we are going to be hard pressed to find another highly skilled and competent maintenance man for our units. We have been spoiled by the Dales and their work ethic. They will surely be missed.

It is my privilege to provide a glowing recommendation of Mike and Joanne Dale for any and all renovation or repair/maintenance work. I cannot speak highly enough of these fine people. A couple of years ago Mike and Joanne Dale did significant repairs and renovation on a home that I owned in Sierra Vista, Arizona. I had owned the home for almost 20 years and had rented it out when I relocated to take a new job. I decided to sell the house in 2016-17 when I realized that I would not be moving back to Arizona.
l interviewed several contractors during a trip back to Sierra Vista to determine the extent of repairs needed. 1 ultimately decided to hire Mike and Joanne mainly because their work ethic, honesty, and apparent dedication to excellence were head and shoulders above everyone else. I received a couple of quotes that were less than theirs, but theirs seemed most realistic and thorough. The Dales' quote was also the most comprehensive and described the proposed work in detail, while none of the others - either those less or more in terms of once - went into the elements of the work to be done. This conveyed a meticulous understanding of the work required to achieve the result I wanted.
Furthermore, since I would be trusting Mike and Joanne to do the work unsupervised because I live on the east coast, I needed to trust and feel comfortable that they would do the work as contracted for the price we had agreed on. Horrible past experiences with contractors and handymen left me apprehensive, so in part I chose the Dales because of a gut feeling that they were the right folks. Both Mike and Joanne exceeded my most optimistic goals. Mike did excellent, high quality work; he recommended materials and fixtures that were inexpensive yet looked great; and Joanne kept in close touch with me both by phone and email to account for all costs, provide detailed work progress, and photos.
They completed the work ahead of time and within the price estimate. When Mike found some additional problems neither of us had seen ahead of time, he recommended the most effective and least expensive fixes. I heard from several folks that neighbors occasionally stopped in to check on the renovation and learned that one hired Mike after seeing the work he'd done on my house.
The result was that I sold the house above asking price immediately after listing it. I credit this good fortune in large part to the outstanding work Mike and Joanne Dale did to renovate the house and ready it for sale.
Contractors like Mike Dale are rare and should be held as 'the" gold standard against which ALL contractors should be rated. Mike is honest, hard-working, smart, dedicated, humble, down-to-earth, and obviously takes extreme pride in his work. His wife and business partner, Joanne, is incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and great at keeping in touch and managing clients' expectations.
They make a tremendous team. My only regret is that I live on the east coast and cannot hire them to do work for me now. I recently had to hire a contractor to do renovation work on my current home. Although they completed the work, the quality paled by comparison with Mike's, and cost more than had the Dales done it.
I rarely provide recommendations like this, but Mike and Joanne Dale are in my opinion the most honest. high-quality and ethical contractors we ever had the privilege of working with - no exaggeration - and I would be happy to provide more details about my experience with these two incredible people. If you choose to hire them, i am confident that you will be satisfied with the end result.

I have had the pleasure of working with Mike and Joanne Dale over the course of the last five years.
In my experience, these two individuals live their lives as honest, straightforward, and reliable individuals. Their demeanor always pleasant and friendly. One of the traits I appreciated most about working with Mr. Dale, was his willingness to brainstorm problems or projects with me and help point me in a direction that was mostly likely to be successful, as well as affordable. Additionally, I found that Mr. Dale always stood by his work. ensuring that the finished product was in line with his high quality standard and our expectations.
While saddened to learn that they left Arizona, our loss is certainly Texas' gain!
